Apologies for the long silence.
I have been clocking in more than 40 hours every week working on my Etsy shop since the holidays last year. The holiday rush was really exciting, albeit it left my fingers sore from all the crocheting! But I am not complaining.
I am currently working on re-stocking and finishing some wholesale orders. Yup, who would've thought you would see my scrubbies and dishcloths in a brick-and-mortar store someday!
A batch of dishcloths have made it's way to a store in New York, a small batch of scrubbies in an Art gallery in North Davidson, and I am working on another batch for a store in Utah.
Strangely, I still find this all very enjoyable and exhilarating!
Ten years ago, I was joking and told a friend that you would never ever see me sitting in an old rocking chair with knitting and crochet needles, glasses on my nose, watching TV and eating bon bons. (you get the picture)
Today, I have to eat back my words. Except for the rocking chair bit, the rest is true. So next time, I better think before I speak.
But right now, I will continue to enjoy the ride.

That is exciting! And good that you still like it.
I eat cherry cordials. It is my afternoon snack when the girls are napping. I only have one box left. Oh dear.
I think it's awesome!!! There are a few stores in town that may be interested in your stuff too!
Hey cousin..
Am waiting for the basket weaving session of your life too ;)
